Waiting Time: We have a 15-minute grace period. After the grace period expires, waiting time charges will apply.
Cancellations SUV / Sedans - If your plans change, we ask that you contact us at least 4 hours prior to your reservation time, and we will gladly change or cancel your reservation. If cancellations occur less than 4 hours prior to your pick time, you will be responsible for the full amount plus 20% chauffeur’s gratuity.
Cancellations Stretch Limousines / Vans / Buses - We ask that you contact us at least 72 hours prior to your reservation time. If cancellations occur less than 72 hours prior to your pick up time, you will be responsible for the full amount plus 20% chauffeur’s gratuity.
No Shows: You will be responsible for the full amount plus 20% gratuity for "No Shows".
