Eastside Limousine provides premium chauffeur services in the Greater Seattle area. Our services include corporate transportation, event transportation, airport transfers, and luxury rides for special occasions. Every reservation is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline a service request based on operational constraints.

Reservation Accuracy: Confirming Your Booking

Clients are responsible for reviewing their reservation details. Any discrepancies should be reported immediately. Once a booking is confirmed, changes may be subject to additional fees. Given these points, accurate reservation details ensure a smooth experience.

Waiting Time Policy: Grace Period and Additional Charges

A 15-minute grace period is allowed for standard pickups. Beyond this, waiting time fees apply in 30-minute increments. In contrast, airport pickups include extended grace periods: one hour for domestic flights and two hours for international flights. Any waiting time beyond these limits incurs additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: Managing Your Booking

Cancellations for sedans and SUVs must be made at least four hours before the scheduled pickup time. Shorter notice results in full charges plus a 20% gratuity. Stretch limousines, vans, and buses require a 72-hour cancellation notice, or full charges will apply. Given these points, we recommend canceling as early as possible to avoid penalties.

No-Show Charges: Responsibility for Missed Pickups

A reservation is considered a “No Show” if the client fails to appear at the designated pickup location and does not contact us. In this case, full charges plus gratuity apply. To avoid such fees, clients should notify us of any delays or changes before the scheduled time.

Pricing & Payment Terms: Understanding Fees

Eastside Limousine accepts major credit cards and other approved payment methods. Charges apply on the day of service, and full payment is required before the trip begins. Pricing does not include additional tolls, ferry fees, overtime, or extra stops. Any additional services requested will be charged accordingly.

Passenger Conduct: Ensuring a Safe Ride

For the safety of all passengers and chauffeurs, disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, and disorderly conduct are strictly prohibited. In the event that a passenger behaves inappropriately, the chauffeur may terminate the ride without a refund. Clients are responsible for maintaining a respectful environment.

Liability Limitations: Addressing Unforeseen Circumstances

Eastside Limousine is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, or mechanical issues beyond our control. Given these points, we make every effort to ensure punctual service but cannot guarantee exact arrival times. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Fees: Passenger Responsibility

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their trip. Cleaning fees apply for spills, excessive mess, or damage beyond normal wear. Charges will be assessed based on the extent of the issue. In contrast, routine cleaning and vehicle maintenance remain our responsibility.

Force Majeure: Handling Unforeseen Events

In the event that service cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond our control—including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies—Eastside Limousine reserves the right to cancel a booking without liability. Given these points, clients will be notified as soon as possible.

Insurance & Liability Coverage

Eastside Limousine maintains insurance coverage for all vehicles. However, personal belongings inside the vehicle remain the responsibility of the passenger. We encourage clients to check for personal items before exiting. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: Legal Compliance

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from these terms will first be addressed through mediation. If mediation does not resolve the issue, legal proceedings will take place in Washington State courts.

Vehicle Substitution: Ensuring Quality Service

We reserve the right to replace a reserved vehicle with a similar or superior model if necessary. Given these points, substitutions are made to maintain service quality and meet client expectations.

Amendments & Updates: Keeping You Informed

Eastside Limousine may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on our website. In the event that modifications affect existing reservations, clients will be notified in advance.
